Discovery call
We meet on video. You tell us your vision, your guest count, your budget, your non-negotiables, your dealbreakers. We ask the questions no one else asks. By the end of the call, we know if we can help — and if we can't, we say so and refer you.
Step 02
Weeks 2–3
Curated shortlist
We build a shortlist of 5 to 7 venues. Every one visited by us, in person, within the last year. Every recommendation comes with off-market context — the owner's temperament, the hidden costs, the ceremony spot no one photographs. And we keep going 'till you find the one.
Step 03
Week 4
Virtual tour
One video or photo series per venue. We walk you through, showing rooms and terraces from angles the listing photos never capture. You see, ask, veto. We refine.
Step 04
Weeks 5–7 · 2–3 days on the ground
In-person scouting trip (if requested)
Five venues in three days, planned to the hour. Coffee with owners, walking the actual ceremony spots at the actual time of day. We push back when you're being seduced by beauty over practicality.
Step 05
Weeks 8–10
Handover
You sign the venue contract with our negotiation support. Then we hand off — to your planner, ours, or a hybrid team. Your day, your personal team.
